a life from April
until the night of
the show. Jo, Scott
& Paul
have an array of
jobs including
advertising,
promotional,
selection,
rehearsals, venues,
communication,
printing,
organisation,
location, technical,
booking, seating,
scripting, visuals,
sponsors,
supporters,
lighting,
production, advising,
reassuring, etc etc
etc ... Then once
the artists are
selected, JP takes
over with the
daunting task of the
interviews and on
the night video
clips.

The crew spend endless hours of time and effort giving up their weekends, nights
of freedom and generally all pull together to make the night the success it is.
In all there are too many to mention but this page will hopefully cover the
majority of those involved and give you a brief insight into the efforts that
over the years have made the night what it is.
